1. Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 7i78 platform and all its associated services. "7i78", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the 7i78 online casino and betting platform. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on the platform.

3. Account Registration and Management

To complete registration at 7i78, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds. Each person may operate only one account.

3.2 One Person, One Account

Creating multiple accounts under the same name, the same mobile number, the same bank or mobile banking account, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. In the event of a breach of this rule, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.3 Password and Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password with any third party or transferring your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

7i78 currently accepts deposits through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

All deposits must be made from your own registered payment account. Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit and to your own registered account.

4.3 Verification Requirements

Account verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal. A national ID card, mobile banking account details, or other relevant documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

In the case of any suspicious or unusual transaction, 7i78 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold and conduct further investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 7i78 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳10,000 will earn you an additional ৳12,000 in bonus funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must wager the total bonus amount 10 times before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in wagers before withdrawal.

A specific time limit applies to completing the wagering requirements. If the requirements are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

Each promotional offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. Any attempt to abuse bonuses or collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses.

VIP Program: Active members can advance through three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.5% at Bronze tier, 1.0% at Silver tier, and 1.5% at Gold tier.

6. Fair Play and Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All games on 7i78 are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules available in the game interface. Game results are determined by a random number generator (RNG).

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has specific minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits may change at any time. If an unusual betting pattern is detected, 7i78 reserves the right to cancel or restrict bets.

6.3 Technical Issues

If the outcome of any game remains undetermined due to a system failure or technical error, 7i78 reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the staked amount. 7i78 is not responsible for losses caused by network disconnection.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7i78 platform:

  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
  • Attempting to hack, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage over game software.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
  • Attempting to access another user's account.
  • Obtaining bonuses or benefits by providing false information.
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate games.
  • Playing games while under the influence of substances or in a mentally impaired state.
  • Playing games with funds belonging to a third party or borrowed money.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, all deposits may be cancelled or forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 7i78

7i78 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

  • Breach of terms and conditions.
  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • False or incomplete registration information.
  • Failure to verify age or identity.
  • Violation of applicable law.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting us via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
